Pre-Treatment & Collections Supervisor – Full-time, benefited position at the Water Reclamation Facility with an entry level wage of $32.24/hour.  Under general direction, to supervise and coordinate a variety of programs including industrial pretreatment, operations and management of collection system, and City flow monitoring; to write, modify, and enforce ordinances; and to work with EPA, State, and local agencies and businesses initiating, solving, and enforcing regulatory concerns.  Exercises direct supervision over assigned staff.  The ideal candidate will have five years of increasingly responsible experience in industrial pretreatment programs and work and or education that is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in the natural sciences or a related field.  Certifications required are a Grade IV Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certificate, a Level II Collection System Maintenance Certificate and the possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license (Class B CDL).  Applications can be completed on-line at www.rswy.net and are due by December 18, 2018.

The City of Torrington, WY is accepting applications for a Water/Wastewater Operator. Duties include, but not limited to, operation of R.O. Water Plant, Aerated 3 cell Wastewater Plant performing routine maintenance, data collection and entry, and repair of distribution and collection lines in all types of weather conditions. Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma/GED, CDL Class B driver’s license or ability to obtain within 60 days and ability to operate heavy equipment. Level II Water and Level I Wastewater certification desired. The City of Torrington offers an excellent benefit package. Wage will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Town of Medicine Bow is looking to hire a full time Maintenance Operator.  Duties include: performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work. Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to:  maintenance of town buildings, grounds, streets, performs weed and pest control duties, solid waste collection and obtains current CDL, snow removal, installation, operation, and maintenance and repair of the Town's water/waste water systems and obtains the licenses for such, works under the supervision of the Public Works Director and performs other duties as necessary.  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

The Town of Big Piney is accepting applications for a Maintenance Employee/Water and Wastewater Operator. Level 1 Water, Level 1 Distribution Systems, and Level 1 collections System Operator preferred, or Certifications obtained within 6 months to 1 year of employment. Duties include, but are not limited to water, wastewater, streets, alleys, parks, record keeping, equipment repairs, water and sewer mains, operating of heavy equipment is preferred. Problem solving, self motivation and mechanical abilities and are a necessity. This position has the opportunity of advancement upon hiring.

Applicant must be a dedicated, self-directed individual, who is able to work in extreme conditions and be physically capable to meet the demands of the job.

The position is fulltime, 40 hrs/week, Wyoming State Retirement and Employee Health Insurance benefits. Minimum Qualifications Required: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma, and at least one year of satisfactory experience in the actual operation of a waste water treatment plant. Valid Driver’s License.

Special Requirement for Acceptance of Applications: Possession of a Level 2 Operators certificate issued under provisions of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation $26.00 per hour.
