Make a Difference! Two WARWS Board of Director positions will be up for election during the Spring Conference. NE Region includes Sheridan, Johnson, Campbell, Crook & Weston counties. SW Region includes Teton, Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater, and Uinta counties. To be eligible to sit on the board, you must be an employee or official representative of a member system. If interested, submit a letter-of-intent to Mark Pepper, or email markp@warws.com. The Best Tasting Water in Wyoming We invite every system attending conference to enter “The Best Tasting Water in Wyoming” contest. The winning system will be hosted (airfare, room, and meals for one representative) in Washington DC at the National Rural Water Rally 2013 by the Wyoming Rural Water Executive Director and Wyoming National Director.The delegation will meet with officials from the USDA Rural Development, USEPA, and will visit with Wyoming’s US Senators and Representative to discuss water issues facing systems in Wyoming. Wyoming Health Fairs “Blood Screening” Wyoming Health Fairs will be set up to do Blood Chemistry panels. The basic draw is a full 32 level chemistry panel that screens for cholesterol, coronary risk, plus kidney. liver, bone and muscle functions. It also includes TSH screening that detects hypo- and hyperthyroid conditions. These descriptions are for reference only and should never take the place of seeing your health care provider. Additional panels will also be available. Requires a twelve hour fast, unless diabetic. |

Set up CAN begin after 3 pm on Tuesday the 17th (in time for the registration Happy Hour from 5 pm to 7 pm). The exhibit areas will open officially at 10 am on the 18th. Vendor tear down CAN begin after the afternoon break on the 19th. We encourage all vendors who wish to, to attend the happy hour and banquet the night of the 19th and not tear down until after the morning break on the 20th. We will again have the “Vendor Game Night” on Wednesday the 18th with the Putt-Putt tourney, give-a-waysand prizes at the Old Towne Center at the Parkway. Numerous vendor give-a-ways on your sponsored hole, as well as the cash prizes for the winners provide an enjoyable and lengthy face-to-face event. |
