The Town of Dixon is currently accepting bids for a 1979 Generator.  Model number is 30.0 EK-15R/18991M, has 6 hours on it, it runs on diesel or propane and the continuous standby rating is KW 30 and KVA 37.5.  This is not a portable generator.  We don’t know when the last time it was ran.  Minimum bid of $1,000.00.  Bids are due to the Dixon Town Hall by 2:00 p.m. on August 10, 2010.  Bids can be dropped off at the Town Hall or mailed to: Town of Dixon, P.O. The City of Sundance is now taking applications for the position of Maintenance Foreman. Duties will be to assist the Public Works Director with all aspects of the Public Works Department. Qualifications taken into consideration include an Engineering degree, or a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position with Level 2 certifications in water distribution and wastewater collection. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide administrative support for the Board of Examining Water Well Drilling Contractors and Water Well Pump Installation Contractors. Facilitate the licensing of water well drilling contractors and water well pump installation contractors as required by W.S. 33-42-101 through 33-42-117. Maintain all licensees' records, provide information to potential applicants and the general public concerning licensing requirements and procedures, insure the Board operates within its budget and hires and supervises contract employees on an as-needed basis. Coordinate investigations of violations of licensing-related rules and regulations, develop and monitor board-related budgets and fees, and draft legislation relevant to Board operations. Maintain website, coordinate license renewals and develop Board newsletter.

PREFERENCES:
Any combination of training and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business or public administration and/or technical experience in the water well industry.
