Voluntary set up can begin after 3 pm on Tuesday the 23rd.  The exhibit areas will open officially at 10 am on the 24th.  Vendor tear down will be after the morning break on the 25th.  We will have a traditional “Meet-n-Greet on Wednesday night.  We would like numerous give-a-ways and will also have cash prizes, beer and munchies during the event.

There will not be pipe and drape.  Skirted 8’ tables will be provided.  Banners may be hung with the approval of the hotel, ceiling tiles may allow hanging with plastic ties.  No holes are allowed and only low tack tape may be used.  Center tables will not have backing but table tops or floor to ceiling displays would provide separation.
